Each provision hereof shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any invalid or unenforceable provision of Agreement shall be replaced with a provision that is valid, enforceable and most nearly reflects original intent of the unenforceable provision.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and terms of conditions for registration of events constitute sole and entire Agreement between you and the Jumbo Blockchain with respect to the Site and supersede prior and contemporaneous understandings, reprentations, agreements, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to Site.
